The wind speeds looked to be light with moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and maybe night. I did not see any chances for rain for the Houston, TX area, during the day, or night. I did not see any rain on the Houston, TX radar, during the day, or night. I did not personally witness any rain or rain drops where I was in the Houston, TX area, during the day, or night.
Thoughts: Still not as warm as I would have liked it to be but it felt nice when I went for a two hour walk during the early afternoon.
