Feb. 21 24

The day was partly cloudy, dry, and warm. The sky looked to be partly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt cool, during the early morning and night. It felt a little cool, during the mid-morning. It felt warm, during the late morning, afternoon, and evening. The wind speeds looked to be light with moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the mid and late morning, afternoon, evening, and night. With some very occasional strong 20 mph gusts, during the night. The wind speeds looked to be calm, during the early morning. There was a zero percent chance for rain for the Houston, TX area, during the day and night. I did not see any rain on the Houston, TX radar. Just maybe some possible light rain at times near the Houston TX area. There was light dense fog during the early morning and I witnessed drops on my windshield on my car during the evening and night.

Thoughts: A pretty blustery day. Looked like it wanted to rain but did not.

Locations: Skinner, Cypress, TX, Montrose, Copperfield, Kimberly & Beltway 8, Northwest, and West Houston, TX.
