The day was mostly cloudy, cool, and wet. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt cool, during the morning, afternoon, and early evening. It felt cold, during the late evening and night. The wind speeds looked to be light with moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There was a 40 to 80 percent chance for rain for the Houston, TX area, during the day and night. I witnessed light to moderate rain, during the morning through the early afternoon with some occasional drops during the rest of the afternoon, evening, and maybe night.
Thoughts: Not too much of a rain event. Mostly light. Should be the last of the cold weather.
