The day was mostly cloudy, very cool, and wet. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt cold, during the early and mid-morning, and night. It felt very cool, during the late morning, afternoon, and evening. The wind speeds looked to be light with moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. A band of light to moderate showers passed over the western areas of Houston, TX, possibly reaching other areas of Houston, during the morning and possibly parts of the early afternoon. I witnessed on and off light to moderate rain where I was in the Houston, TX area, during the morning.
Thoughts: Surprised to see the rain. Another very cool day.
