The day was mostly cloudy, dry, and cool. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt cool during the morning, late evening, and night. It felt a little cool during the afternoon. The wind speeds looked to be light with possibly some occasional moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There looked to be more light to moderate showers to the South, North, and West Of the Houston, TX area, during the day and possibly the night but none of them looked to have reached the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day that I saw. I believe there was 20, or so percent chance for rain for the Houston, TX area, during the day and night. I did not personally see, feel, or witness any rain drops where I was in the Houston, TX area, during the day or night.
Thoughts: Just another dreary day.
