The day was mostly cloudy, cool, and dry. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt very cool during the mid and late morning and night. It felt cool during the afternoon and evening. It felt cold during the morning. The wind speeds looked to be light with moderate to moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. I don’t think there were any chances for rain for the Houston, TX area, during the day or night. I don’t remember seeing any rain on the Houston, TX radar. I did not personally witness any rain where I was in the Houston, TX area, during the day or night.
Thoughts: A very cool morning that turned into a cool day.
