It felt very cool during the afternoon and evening. The wind speeds were calm with occasional moderate to moderately strong wind speeds during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. I don’t think there was any chance for rain for the Houston, TX area, during the day, or night. I did not see any rain on the Houston, TX radar, during anytime of the day. I did not personally witness any rain where I was in the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day.
