It felt very cool, during the late morning, afternoon, and evening. The wind speeds looked to be light with moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There was a 20 to 40 percent chance for rain/winter precipitation for the Houston, TX area, during the night. I don’t remember seeing any precipitation in, or near the Houston, TX area, during the day, or night. I did not witness any precipitation where I was in the Katy, or Houston, TX area, during the day, or night.
Thoughts: Was expecting to see some frozen precipitation at night but there was no drops falling at all. The day was also not as cold as was expecting. So it felt ok.
