The day was very cool, mostly clear, and dry. The sky looked to be partly cloudy, during the morning and early afternoon.
 The sky looked to have become mostly cloudy, during the late, or possibly mid-afternoon, or early evening. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy, during the evening. The sky looked to be cloudy, during the night. It felt very cold, during the early morning and late night. It felt cold, during the mid-morning and early night. It felt very cool, during the late morning, afternoon, and evening. The wind speeds looked to be light with moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There was a 20 to 40 percent chance for rain/winter precipitation for the Houston, TX area, during the night. I don’t remember seeing any precipitation in, or near the Houston, TX area, during the day, or night. I did not witness any precipitation where I was in the Katy, or Houston, TX area, during the day, or night.

Thoughts: Was expecting to see some frozen precipitation at night but there was no drops falling at all. The day was also not as cold as was expecting. So it felt ok.
