The cluster of moderate to moderately heavy and heavy rain finished passing through the Houston, TX area, during the early morning before sunrise. Houston, TX did not look to receive anymore rain after that.
Thoughts: Houston is getting lots of rain. First time I have seen the employee parking lot almost full of puddles!
