The wind speeds were light with possibly some occasional moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. A huge cluster of moderate to moderately heavy and heavy showers and maybe possibly a thunderstorm or two passed over the Houston, TX area, during the early and mid-morning. Ending around the late morning as the rain moved into the Galveston area.
