Notes: Big to small stratus clouds looked to be scattered across the sky during the morning, afternoon, evening, and early night. The wind speeds felt to be calm with moderate to strong gusts. There wasn't any rain anywhere in, or near Houston, TX that I know of during the day. The morning, evening, and night were warm. The afternoon was very warm. This was my observation of the weather that occurred in west and northwest Houston, TX, where I was during the day.
