The day was partly cloudy, very hot, and dry. The sky looked to be partly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt warm, during the early morning and night. It felt very warm, during the mid-morning and late evening. It felt hot, during the late morning and early evening. It felt very hot, during the afternoon. The wind speeds were light with moderate and possibly some moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. I think there was a 20 percent chance for rain for the Houston, TX area, during the day. I did not personally witness any rain drops where I was, during the day. There did look to be isolated light to moderate and moderately heavy showers just to the West and Northwest of the Houston, TX area, during the morning, afternoon, and night.
Thoughts: We are getting closer to getting some rain!!!
