 The day was very hot, dry, and partly cloudy. The sky looked to be clear, or mostly clear, during the early morning, late evening, and night. The sky looked to have become partly cloudy, sometime during the mid or maybe late morning. The sky looked to be partly cloudy, during the late morning, afternoon, and early evening. The wind speeds looked to be light with maybe some possible moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt very warm, during the early morning and night. It felt hot, during the mid-morning and late evening. It felt very hot, during the late morning, afternoon, and early evening. There was a 20 percent chance for rain for the Houston, TX area, during the day. I witnessed a cluster of light to moderate and moderately heavy showers just to the South and Southeast  of the Houston, TX area, during the late morning and early afternoon bringing some rain to those areas. I witnessed only 3 or more drops of rain on my windshield as I was driving back into Houston from Webster, TX, during the early afternoon. I did not see any rain before or after that.

Thoughts: Another very hot day. Was hoping to see some rain.
