The day was mostly cloudy, wet, and warm. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt warm, during the early morning, mid and late afternoon, evening, and night. It felt very warm, during the late morning and early afternoon. The wind speeds looked to be light with some occasional moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. Another day of scattered showers and thunderstorms. In the Houston, TX area, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. Mainly during the afternoon and evening. Some of the thunderstorms were severe. I witnessed one or two heavy showers at work in the Montrose area, during the afternoon.
Thoughts: Enjoyed seeing the rain. Hoping it puts a good ground on this drought!
