Sep. 27 23

The day was hot, mostly cloudy, and dry. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, early night, and maybe the late night. It felt warm, during the early morning and night. It felt very warm, during the mid-morning and evening. It felt hot, during the late morning and afternoon. The wind speeds looked to be light with possibly some moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. A cluster of light ti moderate rain and moderately heavy to heavy thunderstorms started to form over the Western areas of Houston, TX, during the late or mid afternoon and lasting through the evening. Bringing rain to the Southwest, West, and Northwest areas of Houston, TX. As well as possibly some other isolated areas. I witnessed some brief light drizzle on my way to work in the Montrose area, during the late morning and on my way to see my friend in the Katy area, during the late evening. I arrived after the rain had passed or dissipated so I did not get to see any rain but was happy to see that my neighborhood got rain as well.

Thoughts: Really happy to see my neighborhood and other areas in and around Houston getting plenty of much needed rain!

Locations: Montrose, Copperfield, Northwest, and West Houston, TX.
