Sep. 25 23

The day was mostly cloudy, wet, and very warm. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy, during the morning, late afternoon, evening, and maybe night. The sky looked to be partly cloudy, during the early and mid-afternoon. It felt warm, during the early morning, evening, and night. It felt very warm, during the mid-morning and late afternoon. It felt hot, during the early and mid-afternoon. The wind speeds looked to be light with some possible moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There were scattered moderate to moderately heavy and heavy showers and thunderstorms in and around the Houston, TX area, during the morning, afternoon, and evening. I witnessed a moderately heavy thunder shower in the early morning at my house in Copperfield and a series of heavy thunderstorms throughout the late afternoon and evening where I work in the Montrose area.

Thoughts: I really enjoyed seeing the rainfall. Hoping to see more. Maybe we can get this drought under control.

Locations: Copperfield, Autumn Oaks, Northwest, and West Houston, TX.
