The day was partly cloudy, very hot, and dry. The sky looked to be partly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt very warm, during the early morning and night. It felt hot, during the mid-morning and late evening. It felt very hot, during the late morning, afternoon, and early evening. The wind speeds looked to be light with moderate and some occasional moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, and night. The wind speeds looked to be light with moderately strong and strong 20 + mph wind gusts, during the evening. I believe there was a 30 to 50 percent chance for rain for the Houston, TX area, during the day. I saw strong 20 mph + gusts of wind but I did not see any rain. I think only the northern areas of Houston, TX got the heavy thunderstorms.
Thoughts: Was hoping to see some rain but I didn’t.
