Sep. 3 23

The day was partly cloudy, dry, and very hot. The sky looked to be partly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt very warm, during the early morning and night. It felt hot, during the mid-morning and late evening. It felt very hot, during the late morning, afternoon, and early evening. The wind speeds looked to be light with possibly some moderate to moderately strong wind gusts at times, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There were isolated light to moderate and maybe even one or two moderately heavy showers moving through the Houston, TX area, during the morning, afternoon, and evening. I drove through a light to moderate shower on my way to my uncles house in Southwest Houston, TX, during the early evening.

Thoughts: It was great to see some rain. We will see how much of a dent it will bring to the drought.

Locations: Gap Road, Katy, TX, Braeswood, Copperfield, Autumn Oaks, Northwest, Southwest, and West Houston, TX.
