Notes: There looked to be bright white, thick, flat, puffy, high stratus clouds covering half of the sky in northwest and west Houston, TX during the morning and afternoon. The sky looked to have become clear in northwest and west Houston, TX during the evening. The sky looked to be clear with maybe a few small to medium bright white, thick and thin, flat, high stratus clouds in northwest and west Houston, TX during the early night. The wind speeds looked to be calm with some occasional moderate gusts and maybe some moderately heavy gusts in northwest and west Houston, TX during the morning, afternoon, and evening. The winds speeds looked to be calm with maybe some occasional moderate gusts in northwest and west Houston, TX during the early night. It felt very cold in the early morning in northwest and west Houston, TX during the early morning. It felt very cold in west Houston, TX during the mid and late morning.
