It started to feel cold in northwest Houston, TX at around 10 pm. I didn't hear about, see, or feel any rain drops anywhere in, or near Katy, TX, or Houston, TX during the morning, afternoon, evening, or night. There might have been some scattered light precip in and around the Katy, TX and Houston, TX area during the early morning, but not that I know of.

Thoughts: The radar showed a light wintry mix near Magnolia and Prairie View, TX when I looked at the radar, before I went to bed at around 10 pm. That is only 30 miles away from my house! I had really wished to see some winter precip during the early morning, but oh well. Yes I did survive the cold. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Well there looks to be a mix of cool to warm temperatures with maybe some cold ones, next few weeks with lots of chances for rain. Interested to see what happens through the rest of winter with all the rain and cold weather. I feel like there is still a chance for winter precip.
