Notes: The wind speeds felt to be calm with maybe some moderate to strong gusts in northwest and west Houston, TX, during the early and mid-morning. The wind speeds looked to have become relatively calm with moderate to strong gusts in west Houston, TX, sometime during the late morning, or maybe early afternoon. The wind speeds looked to be relatively calm with moderate to strong gusts in northwest and west Houston, TX, during the mid and late afternoon, evening, and maybe night. There looked to be a few big to small, bright white, thick to thin, puffy, maybe some wavy high stratus clouds in the sky in northwest and west Houston, TX, during the early morning. The looked to have become clear in west Houston, TX sometime during the mid, or maybe late morning. The sky looked to be clear in northwest and west Houston, TX, during the afternoon, evening, and night. It felt cool in northwest and west Houston, TX, during the early and mid-morning. It felt a little cool in west Houston, TX, during the late morning. It felt warm in northwest and west Houston, TX, during the afternoon and evening. It felt a little cool, maybe cool in northwest Houston, TX, during the night. I didn't see, or hear about any rain anywhere in, or near the Houston, TX area, during the day. But I did see some frost and more ground fog in northwest and maybe in west Houston, TX, during the early morning on my way to work. This was my observation of the weather in northwest and west Houston, TX where I was, during the day.
