Notes: The sky looked to be clear in northwest Houston, TX, during the early morning. Big to small, bright white, thick, puffy, low stratus clouds started to appear in the sky in northwest Houston, TX, sometime during the mid, or maybe late morning. Big to small, bright white with light grey, thick, flat, puffy low stratus clouds were widely scattered across the sky in northwest, west, and central Houston, TX, during the afternoon, evening, and night. The wind speeds were calm to moderate with strong gusts (20 to maybe 30 mph) in northwest, west, and central Houston, TX, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. I think it felt a little cool in northwest Houston, TX, during the early and mid-morning. It felt warm in northwest Houston, TX, during the late morning. It felt very warm in northwest, west, and central Houston, TX, during the afternoon. It felt warm in northwest and west Houston, TX, during the evening. It felt warm in northwest Houston, TX, during the night. There was no rain that I know of anywhere in, or near Houston, TX. There were reports of dense fog near and maybe in the Houston, TX area during the early and mid-morning. I didn't see any fog in northwest Houston, TX, where I was, during the early and mid-morning. This was my observation of the weather that occurred in northwest, west, and central Houston, TX, where I was during the day.
