Notes: The sky looked to be clear in northwest and west Houston, TX, during the morning and afternoon. I saw some medium and small, bright white, thin and thick, flat high stratus clouds in the sky in northwest and west Houston, TX, during the evening. The sky looked to be clear in northwest Houston, TX, during the early night. The wind speeds looked to be calm in northwest and west Houston, TX, during the early morning. The wind speeds looked to have become relatively calm with some moderate gusts in west Houston, TX, sometime during the mid, or late morning, or maybe afternoon. The wind speeds looked to be relatively calm with some moderate gusts in northwest and west Houston, TX, during the evening. The wind speeds looked to be relatively calm with some moderate gusts during the early night. It felt cold in northwest and west Houston, TX, during the early morning. It felt cool in west Houston, TX, during the mid-morning. It started to feel warm in west Houston, TX, during the late morning, It felt warm in northwest and west Houston, TX, during the afternoon and early evening. I think it started to feel a little cool in northwest Houston, TX, during the late evening. It felt a little cool in northwest Houston, TX, during the early night. I didn't see, feel, or hear about any rain drops anywhere in, or near Houston, TX at anytime during the day. I did see some ground fog, or radiation fog when I was driving in west Houston, TX, on my way to work, during the early morning after sunrise. This was my observation of the weather that occurred in northwest and west Houston, TX, where I was during the day.
