Big to small, bright white, light grey, light to medium blueish grey, thick, flat low stratus clouds looked to cover most of the sky in northwest Houston, TX during the mid and late morning and afternoon. Big to small, thin and thick, wavy, high stratus clouds looked to be widely scattered across the sky in northwest Houston, TX during the evening. The wind speeds looked to be calm with some moderate gusts in northwest Houston, TX during the morning, afternoon, evening, and maybe night. It felt cool in northwest Houston, TX during the morning, afternoon, and evening. It felt cool, almost cold in northwest Houston, TX during the night. I didn't hear about, see, or feel any rain drops anywhere in, or near the Houston, TX area during the morning, afternoon, evening, or night.
