Notes: The sky was clear in northwest and west Houston, TX, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. The wind speeds looked to be relatively calm with moderate and maybe some strong gusts (especially during the early morning, before sunrise) in northwest and west Houston, TX, during the morning and early afternoon. The wind speeds looked to be relatively calm with moderate and maybe some strong gusts in northwest Houston, TX, during the mid and late afternoon, and evening. The wind speeds looked to be mostly calm with maybe some moderate gusts in northwest Houston, TX, during the night. It felt very cold when I left my house in northwest Houston, TX, on my way to work in west Houston, TX, during the early morning. It still felt cold in west Houston, TX, during the mid-morning. It felt cool in northwest and west Houston, TX, during the late morning and early evening. It felt cool in northwest Houston, TX during the mid and late afternoon and evening. It felt cold in northwest Houston, TX, during the night. I didn't see, feel, or hear about any rain drops anywhere in, or near Houston, TX, during the morning, afternoon, evening, or night. This was my observation of the weather that occurred in northwest and west Houston, TX, where I was, during the day.

IS IN EFFECT.

AFTER SUNDAY MORNING`S COLD TEMPERATURES...A GRADUAL WARMING
TREND CAN BE EXPECTED SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH MIDWEEK. RAIN COMES
BACK INTO THE FORECAST MAINLY TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING IN
ASSOCIATION WITH THE NEXT COLD FRONT. THANKSGIVING DAY IS LOOKING
DRY.
