Northwest Houston, TX, during the early evening.

Summary: The day was sunny, dry, and windy. No rain. I didn't hear, see, or feel any rain drops anywhere in, or near the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day. The wind speeds were calm with moderate to moderately strong gusts and some really strong gusts. Cirrus clouds were scattered across the sky during the early morning, followed by cumulus clouds during the mid and late morning, afternoon, evening, and maybe night. There were no advisories, watches, warnings, alerts, or weather statements issued for the Houston, TX area, that I know of. The low temps were in the 60's and 50's, I think and the high temps were in the 80's. It felt cool during the early morning, but became warm by the mid-morning. It became really warm during the afternoon and was warm during the evening and night.

Locations: Northwest and west Houston, TX, Cypress, TX, and Katy, TX.

Thoughts: A nice pleasant and warm day. I am looking forward to some possible rain chances early next week.
