Notes: A big layer of big to small, bright white, mostly light to dark grey and blueish grey, thick, flat, puffy, low stratus clouds looked to cover the whole sky in northwest and west Houston, TX during the early morning. A big layer of big to small, bright white, mostly light to dark grey and blueish grey, thick, flat, puffy, low stratus clouds looked to cover the whole sky in west Houston, TX during the mid-morning. Big to small, bright white, bright white mixed with light to dark grey, thick, flat, puffy low stratus clouds with big to small, bright white, thick, flat, wavy, high stratus clouds looked to start to cover most of the sky in west Houston, TX during the late morning. Big to small, bright white, bright white mixed with light to dark grey, thick, flat, puffy low stratus clouds with big to small, bright white, thick, flat, wavy, high stratus clouds looked to cover most of the sky in west Houston, TX during the afternoon. The sky looked to have become mostly clear, except for maybe a few big to small, bright white, thick, flat, wavy, high stratus clouds, as I entered into northwest Houston, TX, during the early evening. The sky looked to be mostly clear, except for maybe a few big to small, bright white, thick, flat, wavy, high stratus clouds, in northwest Houston, TX during the late evening and early night. The wind speeds looked to be calm in northwest and west Houston, TX during the early morning. The wind speeds looked to be calm with moderate and moderately strong gusts in west Houston, TX during the mid and late morning and afternoon. The wind speeds looked to be calm with maybe some moderate and moderately strong gusts in northwest Houston, TX during the late evening and early night. There were no warnings, watches, or advisories issued for the Houston, TX area, that I know of. There was a 0 to 10 percent chance for rain for the Houston, TX area during the day. The lows were in the mid to high 40's and the highs were in the mid to high 60's with maybe some low 70's in the Houston, TX area.


Summary: The day was sunny, cool, and dry. I didn't see, feel, or hear any rain drops. I didn't see any rain on the radar, or hear about any areas in, or near the Houston, TX area getting any rain, during anytime of the day.


Thoughts: It is starting to feel warmer. More warm temperatures on the way with some good rain chances.
