Alto stratus clouds looked to cover most of the sky I think with maybe some mid to low stratus clouds. at my sisters house in the heights and at my house in northwest Houston, TX, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. I think the wind speeds were calm. The day was hot, maybe very warm. No rain for the Houston, TX area. I believe there was a 20 percent chance.
