White alto stratus clouds looked to be widely scattered across the sky during the early and mid-afternoon. White and grey alto stratus clouds looked to cover most of the sky, during the early evening and maybe late afternoon. The wind speeds looked to be calm. It felt very cold, during the early morning. It felt cold, during the mid-morning and night. It felt very cool, during the late morning and evening. It felt cool, during the afternoon and early evening. I believe there was a 0 percent chance for rain, for the Houston, TX area. I did not see, or hear about any rain falling anywhere in, or near the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day. I did not see, or feel any rain drops falling where I was in the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day.

Upper disturbance over ncntl Mexico will make its way ewd overnight sending some cirrus overhead. Models remain in split camps in regards to fog development overnight. Some show some dense fog developing across the southern half of the region, while others aren`t too excited about much at all. Will keep an eye on trends, but for now kept the 18z TAFs pretty much the same. Otherwise, VFR again from mid-morning onward.
