Summary: The day was very cool, cloudy, and wet. Light drizzle and rain was spread around the Houston, TX, area, during the morning and afternoon. Light to moderately heavy drizzle and rain with maybe a few areas getting heavy rain was spread around the Houston, TX area, during the evening and night. I started to feel a few drops of rain, sometime, during the afternoon. A steady light to moderately heavy drizzle was falling on my way home, in northwest Houston, TX, during the evening. More light to moderately heavy drizzle was falling with some regular light to moderately heavy rain, from time to time, while I was in northwest, west, and central Houston, TX, during the night. Thick, low stratus clouds looked to cover the whole sky, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. The wind speeds looked to be calm with maybe some gentle to moderate gusts and some possible moderately strong gusts. It felt cool, during the morning. It felt very cool, during the afternoon, evening, and early night. It felt very cool, almost cold, during the late night. There were no watches, warnings, alerts, advisories, or weather statements/outlooks issued for the Houston, TX area, that I know of. The low temperatures looked to be in the low to mid 50's and the high temperatures looked to be in the low to mid 60's, for the Houston, TX area.


Houston, TX Storm Summary:  Light drizzle and rain was spread around the Houston, TX, area, during the morning and afternoon. Light to moderately heavy drizzle and rain with maybe a few areas getting heavy rain was spread around the Houston, TX area, during the evening and night. I didn't see, or hear about any flooding, or damage.


My Storm Summary:  I started to feel a few drops of rain, sometime, during the afternoon. A steady light to moderately heavy drizzle was falling on my way home, in northwest Houston, TX, during the evening. More light to moderately heavy drizzle was falling with some regular light to moderately heavy rain, from time to time, while I was in northwest, west, and central Houston, TX, during the night. I didn't see any flooding, lightning, or damages. I just saw wet, slick roads with some small to medium sized puddles. I didn't hear any rumbles of thunder.

Thoughts: It was the first very cool day for the fall/winter season in Houston, TX.
