Summary: The day was cool, mostly sunny, and mostly dry. A line of light to moderately heavy rain and drizzle passed through the Houston, TX area, from the north to the south, during the early morning, before sunrise. There looked to be some isolated light showers in the Houston, TX area, on the radar, through the early afternoon. Mostly light with some moderate to moderately heavy rain and drizzle, passed through my house, during the early morning, before sunrise. Thick, low stratus clouds looked to cover the whole sky, during the early and mid-morning. The thick, low stratus clouds started to break apart, during the late morning. There looked to be only a few alto, or maybe cirro stratus clouds in the sky, during the afternoon and early evening. Alto status and stratus clouds looked to be scattered across the sky, during the late evening. The sky looked to be clear, during the night. The wind speeds looked to be calm with some gentle to moderate gusts and some moderately strong gusts. It felt cold, during the early morning and night. It felt very cool, during the mid-morning and evening. It felt cool, during the late morning and late afternoon. It felt a little cool, almost warm with a cool wind, during the early and mid-afternoon. There were no watches, warnings, alerts, advisories, or weather statements/outlooks issued for the Houston, TX area, that I know of. The low temperatures looked to be in the low to mid 50's with maybe a few high 40's and the high temperatures looked to be in the mid to high 60's, with maybe a few low 70's, for the Houston, TX area.


Houston, TX Storm Summary: A line of light to moderately heavy rain and drizzle passed through the Houston, TX area, from the north to the south, during the early morning, before sunrise. There looked to be some isolated light showers in the Houston, TX area, on the radar, through the early afternoon. I didn't see, or hear about any reports of any flooding, or storm damage.


My Storm Summary: Mostly light with some moderate to moderately heavy rain and drizzle, passed through my house, during the early morning, before sunrise. I didn't see, feel, or hear any more rain drops after that. I didn't see any flooding, lightning, or storm damage. I didn't hear any rumbles of thunder.


Locations: Northwest Houston, TX.


Thoughts: I enjoyed seeing the sun, during the afternoon. I am glad that it is starting to feel warmer. But I know it won't last.
