Some possible rain on the Houston, TX radar, during the early night.


Summary: The day was dry, mostly warm, and mostly sunny. There looked to be a radar echo over the Houston, TX area, of some light isolated showers. I am not sure if these are actual showers since the sky looked to be clear, during the early night, but I guess they could be. I felt some slowly falling rain drops during the early and mid-morning, from the very dense fog that was covering most, if not all of Houston, TX. The sky was covered in the fog, from the early morning, through the mid-morning, and maybe parts of the late morning. The sky looked to be completely covered in stratus clouds, during the late morning. The stratus clouds started to break apart, during the early afternoon. The sky looked to have become clear, sometime during the mid, or maybe early afternoon. The sky looked to be clear, during the late afternoon, early evening, and night. There looked to be a few alto stratus clouds in the sky, on the horizon, during the late evening. The wind speeds looked to be calm with gentle to moderate gusts and maybe some occasional moderately strong gusts. It felt cool, during the early morning and late night. It felt warm, with a cool breeze, during the mid and late morning. It felt warm, almost very warm, during the afternoon. It felt warm, during the evening. It felt a little cool, during the early night. There was a Dense Fog Advisory, for the Houston, TX area, during the morning. There were no other watches, warnings, alerts, advisories, or weather statements/outlooks issued for the Houston, TX area, that I know of.


Houston, TX Storm Summary: There looked to be a radar echo over the Houston, TX area, of some light isolated showers. I am not sure if these are actual showers since the sky looked to be clear, during the early night, but I guess they could be. A very dense fog covered most of, if not the whole Houston, TX area, during the early, mid and maybe parts of the late morning. I didn't see, or hear about any reports of any flooding, or damages caused by the weather, in any of the locations in the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day.


My Storm Summary: I felt some slowly falling rain drops during the early and mid-morning, from the very dense fog that was covering most, if not all of Houston, TX. The sky was covered in the fog, from the early morning, through the mid-morning, and maybe parts of the late morning. I didn't see any flooding, wet roads, puddles, wet ground, lightning, or damage caused by the weather. I didn't hear any rumbles of thunder.

Thoughts: I really enjoyed driving through and seeing the dense fog this morning. I enjoy fog!
