Summary: cool, almost cold at times with the wind. Felt warmer by the evening and night. Low mostly grey with some white stratus clouds dominated most of the sky, during the morning, afternoon, and evening. High white, and thin stratus clouds looked to be scattered across the sky, during the night. The wind speeds were light with moderate gusts, think. Kept my heater on all day. No rain that I know of anywhere in the Houston, TX area, during the day. I did not see, or feel any rain drops.
