DISCUSSION...
We are going to see carbon copies of today on Sunday and Monday
with highs in the upper 80s along the coast and lower 90s inland.
There may be an isolated shower along the sea breeze but
otherwise, it will be dry. We saw some patchy fog this morning and
with light winds and plenty of moisture, more is expected tonight
and tomorrow night.

Rain chances begin to increase on Monday as moisture from the
southern Gulf of Mexico moves north into our near shore waters and
coast. Tuesday, An upper low over the Great Lakes will deepen
pushing a cold front into southeast Texas late Tuesday and early
Wednesday. Any showers along and ahead of the front will be swept
south by midday Wednesday with high pressure and cooler/drier air
building in behind the front. Surface ridging is then expected to
remain centered over the CWA into the weekend and associated
northerly surface flow will keep temperatures below normal.

MARINE...
Light east to southeast winds and seas 1-2 feet are expected
through Tuesday. A cold front crossing the coastal waters on
Wednesday will bring chances for showers and thunderstorms as well
as increasing winds and waves during the mid-week period, with
caution or advisory flags needed at times through the end of the
work week.
